Cleaning vs Refinishing
We’re cleaning specialists and we know how to stay in our lane, we do not refinish hardwood floors. If you want to remove deep scratches, change the stain color, or are in need of a re-coat, these are not services we provide.
Our deep cleaning will primarily remove dirt and grim that mopping alone cannot, and will greatly delay or make refinishing unnecessary. If your floors have gone past this point, we’ll not be able to clean them.
We provide Free In-Home Estimates and we’re always happy to provide advice. If you prefer, send us photos of the areas of concern, we can usually determine if a successful cleaning result can be achieved.
The Process
Our technicians will move furniture, place drop cloths and corner guards to protect the surrounding floors and walls.
They will apply a neutral ph cleaning solution to your wood flooring, and then, using machine brush machine, they will gently scrub the flooring to loosen deep, ground in dirt and grime.
After this gentle scrub, the floor is rinsed and all the cleaning solution and dirt is extracted using a powerful truck mounted vacuums, insuring complete removal of all soil and moisture.
This process leaves your flooring noticeably clean, dry, and noticeably brighter! And, by gliding your finger over the surface, you will be amazed at the difference in the feel between before and after, even if you recently mopped the floor!
After the cleaning, we can apply a maintenance coat that will seal the surface and leave a slight shine. Your specialist can advise you on what’s best.
